Horses can be a lifelong investment and such a rewarding interest for both children and adults. At 1 OAK we offer horse leasing programs for individuals who may not be ready to purchase a horse, but still like the stability of a dedicated horse to call their own! This is a great option if your interests in equine are just beginning, or you have begun lessons to learn and you are not quite ready to make that full financial commitment of becoming a horse owner. Our lease program provides boarding for your assigned horse with the opportunity to apply your lease payments towards the purchase of the horse after a 6 month period.
